Here's all you need to know,
"Can I get your patches or the DH map directly from you?
No, I no longer have a copy of my patches or of the old map. My computer has been through several reformats and all my old webhosts where I kept them backed up have expired. The map is probably out there... ssssoomewhere but I wouldn't know where. To my knowledge it was never released publicly. I still feel it shouldn't be released publicly except to the current owner and their group of helpers (should they choose to upload it again). This will help eliminate any confusion. I know the patches are still around because I see them in use. Asking around a little should lead you to them.
"Where is Draygans Hollow?"
I haven't asked! I haven't logged onto Furcadia in a while. I no longer upload or have copies of the dream.
"I will upload Draygans Hollow for you! May I?"
No. I've gotten this question a few times and I have nothing against the hopeful volunteers. I'm glad y'all were interested! I hope you can pour some of that energy into a new and active dream, but as for DH, it has an owner already.
"Who is the new owner?"
I choose not to say. I get a lot of questions about the old map/patches myself and don't want someone else's inbox swamped :'D. I'm still in contact with them but have no interest in pressuring them to do anything. They'll upload it when/if they're ready.
"Will Draygans Hollow ever be uploaded again?
I don't know. I left the map to a new owner when I left, which was years ago. I choose not to name this person on my pages so as not to swamp them with requests. I do not know the current status of the dream but I think the best assumption is that it's retired until further notice, and should you get ahold of the map it shouldn't be uploaded (as Draygans Hollow) by anyone who doesn't have direct permission from the current owner. I'm confident this person will create their own circle of loaders and helpers if they ever choose to revive the dream, and if they don't choose to revive the dream, I am perfectly okay with that and everyone else should be too.
I no longer host these patches anywhere and do not intend to in the foreseeable future.
To my knowledge, I currently don't have an active download for my patches. If you find one somewhere, IT IS NOT hosted by me. My download link is broken. I don't have another one. When I allowed my webhost to expire, the link expired with it. I am not currently interested in creating another download link. Please don't ask me to. If you're about to offer to make one, read the next post down first.

I released these patches to the wilds of the internet years ago and am no longer responsible for what people do with them. Please be careful who and where you download files from. Scan all links with a virus scanner before downloading anything. This is your responsibility, not mine.
Are they free?
Yes. They are meant to be free. You CAN find them for free, you may have to hunt a little. But they're out there.
Can I edit them/post my edited copy for download?
If you redistribute an edited copy, please make it plain that it is an edited copy. If you make it hot pink or add flame stickers, they may look good, but I don't want credit for your hot pink flame stickers. Include a proper credits file. I am not responsible for your edits. Please preserve the free atmosphere.
I saw someone selling a map that was using your patches, is that okay?
They're selling the work and effort they put forth into creating that map, not the patches themselves. Not all artists feel this way. This is only applicable to patches created by me.
Will you make more patches/take commissions?
No, sorry.
Are you still working on Furcadia avatars, do you plan to?
I am not and currently have no plans to continue. There is no special reason for this, I just got burnt out on pixel art.
What about patches I have commissioned, or were commissioned by someone else?
That is up to the person that commissioned them. When I created patches by commission for someone else, I created it specifically for them. If you find someone redistributing their patches without their permission, inform them. Not me. I am no longer in contact with any of my previous commissioners.
I have a question, can I note you?
Please try to answer it with the information provided here first. So many of my notes are unanswered patch questions, and I'm a little worn out with finding them in my inbox (sorry about that. I didn't expect to still be answering questions about these this many years down the road).
Still being copied.
Yeah, I’m aware that someone is copying my art pretty hard. I'd just like it to be known I'm not associated with it or okay with it. I don't mind when someone references my art to learn to draw noses or takes some inspiration. That’s how we learn and there’s nothing wrong with it. The situation I’m referencing is significant and continuous, and goes to an extreme most people never would. I've messaged them about it and they're blocked. No witch hunts, that's not what I'm here for. It's just become clear me that I can't ignore it. **I need to add that I've already sought advice from more experienced artists on how to deal with this. I appreciate it but no further advice is really needed.
Stored a bunch of art.
The N/F/T theft is turning into a daily chore to report, so I stored all art I could find that included characters that aren't mine (except for one or two people). To my knowledge none of that art has been reposted. The rest I'm undecided about.
Q and A: Did I take art classes/can I suggest any
Answering a question I got today- Edit: This barely answers the question I got. I went off on a tangent. Sorry about that. I did take art classes as a kid. I was lucky enough to have a private tutor, and I am very glad I had that experience. I appreciate the man who spent that time with me and gave me confidence. Without him I don't know if I would have enjoyed art as much as I have. He will always be one of my favorite people and I wish I had told him that when he was alive. He taught me the basics and some tips and tricks of traditional media, but the most influential thing he did for me was put me in a mindset where I would be willing to take constructive criticism from other people. I haven't had college classes. I would love to take them, I think I would benefit a lot. But most of what I apply to art I learned from books, admiring art that I enjoy (like comic books) and being around other artists. MOSTLY THE LAST THING. Being around other artists is without comparison. You can
I don't respond to live chats.
Just gonna... yeah. I haven't gotten any yet but I don't even keep up with DA notes. I will never respond to a deviantart live chat and have them muted. It's nothing personal and I enjoy chatting with people as a rule, but live chat on a setting like this isn't for me. Edit: I don't care that it is exists. Live chat is not for me on most platforms as a personal preference and if I can't disable it I make a note of my habits so no one feels personally ignored if they send me a message and don't get one back.
